Built for Real Strikers
Adults who want to develop real striking ability, BJJ students who want a complete game, and anyone interested in MMA competition or serious fitness.
Whether you're brand new to striking or looking to sharpen the tools you already have, this program meets you where you are and pushes you forward. You don't need a background in combat sports to belong here — just the commitment to show up and put in the work.
Our MMA program is built for the full picture: stand-up, clinch, and the integration of striking with BJJ's grappling foundation.

- You're a BJJ student who wants to round out your game
- You're interested in competing in MMA or kickboxing

FAQ
No. The striking classes stand on their own and are open to adults without a BJJ background. You'll get a complete striking education regardless of your grappling experience.
The Thursday evening MMA class (7:30–9:00pm) is invite-only and designed for fighters actively preparing for competition. The Adult Striking class is open to all.
Never. Most of our striking students train for fitness, self-defense, and improvement — not competition. Competition is available as an option, never an obligation.
