FAQ
Not at all. This class is completely standalone. You don't need any martial arts experience to participate and benefit from Fight to Fit conditioning.
Challenging but scalable. We push everyone — but every movement can be modified based on your current fitness level. You'll be working hard regardless of where you start.
Absolutely. Many of our BJJ students take Fight to Fit classes specifically to improve their endurance and strength on the mat. Better conditioning means better grappling.
